The performative installation of the EartHeart project is the synthesis of a 6-month research in which the dancers of EgriBiancoDanza, individually, immersed themselves in different ecosystems experimenting on their body the power and fragility of nature. Raphael Bianco's choreographies are conceived, in their relationship with sound and music, together with the composer Gianluca Verlingieri. He electronically elaborated the sound ecosystems explored and recorded in the field by his students of the METS – Cuneo Music Conservatoire, recomposing them in two ways: the first more evocative and interior, where the starting soundscapes are distant, faded into a staff inspired by the effects opticians of the mirage and of the Fata Morgana; the second more concrete, exciting timbral and rhythmic components more identifying of the ecosystems themselves and their relationship with the human being. And the audience, according to the authors idea, will have to spread the music in the hall, literally wearing it thanks to mini speakers, and moving in the installation space, creating multiple and unpredictable combinations of sound materials that will affect the dance action in real time. The choreography conceived by Raphael Bianco is based on the trnsmission of the experiences from the collegues that where in the landscape end the one that stay in the studio, by creating unique experiences becoming collective truth. In this installation, the sound of various environments is therefore at the center of an event in which the audience is an active part of the performance and is a crucial element for the modulation and remodeling of space, sound and choreographic action.
